The topic on ying and yang is very deep and profound. Ying energy is like an undercurrent and yang is the tidal waves moving above. Both forces are equally powerful if you can make good use of them. Sometimes, they attract each others and at the same time they also repel against each other. And sometimes you can start off using the negative force and when it reaches the maximum of it, the force can become a strong positive force and likewise, you can start to use the positive force and when it reaches its maximum, it becomes a negative force.
Understand the concepts and the behaviour of the two power, you can employ this understanding in starting to form your networks, the business projections, the utility of human resources, the marketing plans, vision and mission. Try your best to make use of two forces for your company advantages.

I-Ching makes it simple the concept of ying and yang with only 6 broken lines and 6 unbroken lines. If a person, a company or even an empire or nation or a political party would started off with the first broken lines and transform into a unbroken line. As they ascended to the third and fourth line, they were doing very well with prosperity and wealth.
Everything things seemed to be at the best. Once they moved to the fifth line, things started to change, decay came in, unable to manage most of the situations. If they kept pushing their luck to six line, a complete collapse would come along. The man would lose all his fortune and went bankrupted. The empire, nation and the political party would change hand. There is no more Roman Empire, The Nation of Russia had split into many states and the political party of Japan had just changed hand.

If the masters can spend time with the mothers to do meditation, they will definitely influenced their own young children to learn meditation. If more young children can start to learn meditation, there will be a very good chance for these young enlightened ones as they grow older to change the world with understanding of loving-kindness and compassion. Children love to follow and imitate their mothers when they are young. I am thinking this is another way to help to upgrade mankind to a higher spiritual level. Now we can know mothers' power is very important for it can help to influence the youngs to be good citizens of tomorrow. ( 2 cents opinion )
Buddhism is a way of life with a scientific approach. It acts a magnifying glass to see clearly the reality of life and the truth that can be explored in the garden of your heart where flowers of compassion, wisdom, loving-kindness, selflessness, and equanimity bloom. It is just so simple to understand and there is no secret in it.
