FEB 1

Our conventional way of studies or teachings always educated us to look forward and upward for success, joy and happiness. We were taught to pray to Buddha or God in the open space. As time went by we became older and sadder until a wise person came along to tell us to refocus our attention inwardly. What a surprise! The truth was all the time there, buried within us. Now our fear and anxiety have dropped us, we found our way, our true light and our happiness and peace.

There is no birth or death or no coming or going. We merely takes another body as a shelter when this present one is of no use. Able to wake up from the presence of existence, can we leave the cycle of birth and death.

Treasure the body that you have because through aeons of harding earning doing good merits that this body of your is created. Those beings without the body have no chance to be liberated or free. This body of yours is the true vehicle that can help to end your suffering and the cycle of birth and death. Of course you need to cultivate a proper way of life to help and share with others. The way of moving into the true realm of your inner heart is what make you a buddha or to find your divinity.

The destroyer of own esteem is when you are not aware of your thoughts. Thoughts are like mice. You need to be like a cat to check on them every now and then. Why so many people taking drugs, become gamblers and alcoholics? This is because they are weak and give way to their thoughts.
