I had a vegetarian lunch this afternoon with a group of friends and we hadn't meet each other for a long time. All of us agreed that we are still living our dream with no bearing where are we supposed to go. We just enjoyed talking about the past old day. Someone asked a question," Besides all of us, who are not in the dream state?"
One of them said," Lord Buddha said that he was awakened from his dream." Look like he is the only one proudly said that he was awake, whereas the whole world is still dreaming. Most of the countries are trying their best to make sure that they have enough jobs and food for all the dreamers. May God or Buddha bless them.

I was having a conversation with my Tai Chi students just now over a meal. After a few years learning the Taichi from me, their characters have changed so much, much more better and much of the main defilements had been cleared off.They are more intelligent and can understand the teaching of Buddhism Dharma better and clearer. They tend to be more positive now.
However besides the five poisons, there are still a lot of subtle, fine defilements needed to be transformed. They need to look at thing or matter like a child to see them as a whole with no judgement and discrimination. Then the subtle matter may appear infront of them so that they can radicate it rightaway.
I asked my student to look at another student and asked her to tell me what she could see in him. She said he just looked tired. Then I told her that there was a heavy stone landed in his heart and he needed to take that stone out. Immediately my student admitted there was a heavy stone in his heart and he was not happy at all.
Hence we have to study our mind and heart carefully so that we can get rid of the subtle defilements before we reach the final stage of liberation.
