JAN 30


Sometimes when a few of us were gathering together, we would have all of topics to talk about. Someone would ask me why that person who had practiced so much and for so long a period with some masters had never changed. 
His behaviour is very coarse and rough. 
Then another one told that a lady who was so selfish, stingy , full of pride after meeting you had changed so much. 
She is more likable nowadays and she detects the mistakes made by her very quickly.
Meditation is not just sitting there thinking of nothing and you start to tell people that you have reached a high level of emptiness. This is not correct. After we have done breathing in and out for a while, our mind will calm down. So at this moment of stillness after the distracted thoughts can not effected you anymore, the next step of meditation is insight meditation to check on to your karmic negative habits that you have. You need to make a note of it in the mind to uproot and transform them. For example, when you realise you like to use vulgar language, up root it and be more careful when you are talking to your friends especially as you are in a anger or bad mood. Next when you discover that you are very selfish, uproot it and be more generous the next time. In actual fact meditation can act as a kind of medicine to cure yourself and to clear away all defilement within you.







Die a natural death in peace. Learn to be helpful and selfless. Treat every sentient beings alike. Be compassionate with every souls and you will attain happiness and peacefulness. You will live well, eat and sleep well. In your mind there is nothing but love. Your loving-kindness vibration just emitting out all the while even the terrentrial and celestial beings have become your closed friends and protectors taking guard of you even in your sleep. My master used to them the Dharma.
