Actually out of the six realms, from the mundane materialistic human point of view human realm is the third in hierarchy. But from the dharma point of view it is the first. Because in human realm you have the ability to be sad. And you have time and you have the condition to be sad. Sadness is one of the most valued sublime wealth that a spiritual person must have.
