Someone asked me why he dreamed of his dead friend visiting him? Instead of giving him an answer, I told him that most of the time, I used to have such visitors coming to see me in my dreams. As you progress in your spiritual path your freq

uency of mind will slower and mild because of your cultivation of loving-kindness and compassion. These earth-bounded spirits will able to recieve your frequency. Actually these poor spirits who know you, have not been reborn yet, they are coming back to you for help.
About sixteen years ago in 1996 I went to India with a friend, Mr Chong to visit an ashram. We stayed over night there. In the middle of the night, a little young girl appeared in my dream. It was a very clear vivid dream. She begged me to liberate her, to send her back to the source to get rebirth. So I chanted Amitabha mantra and visualised a lotus for her to sit on. Next I invoked a white light and asked her to travel in the white light to go back to the source.

Next morning, I asked my friend why a soul of the little girl followed him all the way to India. After thinking for a while, he told that he bought a coffin for this girl because the family was poor. And this little girl's family was his neighbour.
Lord Buddha used to tell us to help all sentient beings means including those unseen beings and even the micro-organisms that are living inside our body.
