AUG29.3

Basically Buddhism is not a religion. His main teaching is to let us know why we are suffering in many aspects, like pains and sickness of our physical body, emotional pains come from desires, misfortune and mishaps that occur to us and man
y others more. Once we realise the root cause of such suffering, we will find skillful means to rectify the situation. Then he also teaches the Noble eightfold path for us to transform our karmic negative behaviors to be more positive in dealing with things in our daily affairs. That is to develop compassion and loving-kindness and live in harmony with all beings, animate or inanimate. By doing so we are accumulating more merits which help us to bring forth our wisdom which is embedded in all of us. Eventually the final awakening will come for us to know the reality of truth.
