I enjoy writing articles on my profile. The more I write, I find that more and more ideas come to me. I begin to understand myself more, infact I am using all these articles to help myself to learn more about my own negativities. My thinkin

g and the desire to follow the spiritual path have consolidated much more.
I am not a master and not enlightened yet. This is a point I want to make it clear. If you need help, please learn from your precious gurus or masters. They are ones who know you well. I do help some people by telling them to be sincere to themselves and others and beware more of their speech, thought and action. Even up to today, I am practising this. I always reflect on my speech, thought and action. I learn to develop loving-kindness, compassion and wisdom. As we walk along this spiritual path, we will encounter more problems and difficulties. We should not give up, we should bite our lips to bear all these torture, pains and depression. At the end of the tunnel, the spiritual light is there waiting for us. Please wait patiently for this last breaking point.
