My master used to say that our body is very special and unique because it is made of a system that can recieve energy and a source in us to send out energy for the purpose of self healing and healing others. Next, our body also has a compon
ent of four major elements, earth, water, fire and wind.We need to learn how to balance and harmonise our body elements so that our immune system is strong enough to resist the intrusion of any form of dieases.
If you have too much fire element in you, you need to find a clean natural pool, lake or waterfall. You can stand infront of it firmly to the ground and just form your both hands like holding a basket ball with your palms sightly facing the water. When you inhale, think of the energy of the water going into your system through the palms and pores to harmonise your fire element. When you exhale, think of the impurities of your body coming out through the palms and also your pores. You can practice it everyday for about twenty minutes. If you are afraid of coldness, you can do it likewise in the morning sun or at your fire stove during winter time.
If you find it effective, you can gather a small of your friends and teach them. If you have a chance to come to Singapore, I can teach you much more. One of my Fb friends is in Singapore learning from me now
