Lord Buddha asked us to watch our speech. Most people could not use their mind to control their speech. As a result the speech they said turns out to be so poisonous like a snake to hurt others; like a sword piercing other people hearts. Mo

st people who worked under the person who uses harsh language, have no choice but to accept it. This speech as a form of energy only could hurt the emotional level of these people in a form of clouds. When the clouds accumulate enough of strength and power they will come out of the emotional body and rebound back to the sender who likes to use hurting speeches. 'Roman Empire could collapse and came to an end.' Likewise the people who always used harsh and hurting speeches will find that his business will fail; working people will loose their jobs and their financial level becomes critical and bankers going after them for debts.
As Christ says," You reap what you sow." And Buddha had did say that no one can escape its own bad karma. They can only blame themselves.
