AUG17.5

All of us aware of our 'big' anger, desire and ignorance, and have trying very hard to transform them to compassion, generosity and wisdom but we always forget to regard the 'small, fine, and subtle of our poisons. These are the ones which
are difficult for us to detect. For instant, while you are waiting in a queue to pay your bill, suddenly someone cut into the queue infront of you and pays the cashier. Unknowingly the cashier accepts his payment. If you have a mirror at that time infront of you, you will able to see the change of colour in your face and your heart is pumping faster. Your mind tells you that this man does not follow the rule and the cashier is not paying attention to the customers who are lining up to pay the bill. Even though you may not utter a word to stop this, the subtle anger has just risen before you realise it.
So be mindful at all time to check your subtle weaknesses. This is also a way to learn and practice the Dharma.
