" It is quite difficult for young people to meditate because of the fast pace of changes in the daily events and the long hours of hard work. By the t
ime you reach home, it is already quite late. You need to have a shower and take your dinner. When you are full, you cannot meditate. So you prefer to watch the TV or go into your facebook. The only time you can do your practice is in the early morning unless you are not rushing to catch a bus or a train. The only way you can do your practice is by stealing short period of time and do it with mindfulness. For instant, while you sitting or standing in the public transport, you can focus on the breathing. While during lunch or tea break, you still can steal sometime to count your breath. Just look for an opportunity to focus back on your breathing. Once the habit is formed, you will find it quite easy to do your practice as if you are having short meals in between and you have less time to have less distorted thoughts in your mind."
