One student asked me one day," I don't know what to do next after I have finished my schooling. I can't see my future and I have a bit of fear. I don't much strength to compete in this rough and tough society."
" Look at the morning birds after they have awoke up in the morning, they start to fly around in the wood to look for food. In the evening they fly back to their own nests with their stomac

hs full. They don't know what is fear because the food is ready for them everyday." I told my student, " We all come here to this world from the same source bringing along with us our karmic schedule all planned for us. We still the choice as we go along the way to alter our schedule that suits us. Of course there is no plain sailing unless we had done a lot good in the past. We still can manage our life if we can follow the teachings of the Buddha."

When you realise the nature of the self, you realise the nature of the universe. To realise yourself immediately reveals the fact that there was never a distinction between yourself and all the sentient beings. The Buddha realised: all sentient beings are enlightened. He also realised that when you effect one speck of dust in this universe, you effect the entire universe- past, present and future.
( So we must keep in mind, what we say, think and act because it will effect the whole human race- past, present and future.)

There is nothing more personal and intimate tha the teacher-student spiritual training relationship. It starts with separation, but as it develops and matures, the gap between the teacher and student closes. In the beginning the teacher is a dot, a single point surrounded by a circle- the student. As time goes on, the circle shrinks, getting smaller and smaller until the student is also a perfect
dot. That point is the life of Buddha. To become that dot is to give life to the Buddha. Ultimately, it all boils down to intimacy, to really being intimate with yourself. When you are really intimate with the self, the whole universe returns to the self, where it has always been. when you finally put all your questions to rest, you make yourself free, in life and in death. ~ Buddha
(To be intimate with your true self, you have no doubt knowing the source where you have come from and you are really free from death and birth.)

The precept " Don't be angry" needs to be understood from multiple perspectives. From the literal point of view it means don't be angry under any circumstances because anger is based on delusion and separation. But " Don't be angry " must also be understood in terms of compassion and reverence for life. When necessary, be angry, but only out of compassion and reference for life, not from a self-ce
ntered point of view of the separate self. The precepts are based on no-self and anger based on the precepts is the manifestation of wisdom. It is the same kind of anger as the reaction a mother has for a child when it runs out into the street. It's not self-centered; it's the good for the child.~Buddha
( When I show my angry mood to my children, they just laugh at me for they know that I show my anger out of compassion with wisdom for their own good.)
