OCT 14

To know more about your own realisation is to work and serve others. They are our mirror that helps us to grow. To work for others' happiness is to enhance your own happiness. This is the only way to find peace and bliss in you. You serve as a light house for all the ships to come on shore.

Daily when we sit in Meditation we should make some affirmations:-
1. I am a Divine Soul. I am a pure Soul ( Repeat this 10-15 times from heart)
2. Identify that you are the higher self (pure soul) seperate from your lower self (the physical body).
3. I extend beyond infinity (see yourself encompassing whole universe in you)
4. I forgive everyone including myself (Repeat this 10-15 times from heart and feel lighter)

5. See your Guru/God/Budha and see they are merged in your higher self.
6. See Mother Goddess Kwan Yin blessing your whole higher self with loving kindness, compassion, mercy, forgiveness.
7. Remain in that state thought less as long as you can.

Once your soul is free from the clutches of the smaller mind of the lowerself, it will guide you further towards the way to home. Soul knows what to do and where to go. Let you be guided by your soul and not your mind of lowerself which has the knowledge gained only in this incarnation whereas the soul has knowledge gained from millions of incarnations. God Bless you all with light.

How many of you know who you are? I am also lost in this huge ocean of suffering. I like to be kind and helpful but the fire of these are never warm enough to radiate to everyone when I realise that 1 out of 8 person in this world is starving with no food. I don't how many of them have not recieved even a primary education and how many of them have no shelter over their heads. No wonder when I look at the photo of Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Yin, she shows me her face which looks so sad with pain. I feel the pain too. I don't know about you all? OM MANI PADME HUM...........

One day a Zen master and a young monk were walking together. They came to a river and were about to cross it. They saw a young beautiful lady almost drowned in the water. The Zen monk quickly went over there and carried this young lady across. After crossing the river the Zen master put the lady down and continued with his journey. The young man caught up with his master and said," Master, I hate you because you have just broken a precept. We are not supposed to touch any lady." " Yes, I did that. I saved her life out of unconditonal love with true compassion. I have already put her down with detachment while you are still carrying her with your mind. Now who has broken the precept?"

One day during Kwan Yin's festival, there were many people crowded around a stall buying flowers from a stall owner not far from the temple. In the midst of the crowd, one of them took some flowers from this stall without paying money to the seller. Some of them who were unhappy, reported to the seller that someone had stolen the flowers from her stall. The flower owner began to smile and said," I notice that too. However, I think I must thank that person who stole my flowers from my stall because he was helping me to offer the flowers to Kwan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy while I am too busy doing my business."
What is your opinion?
