菩薩有四法善化眾生。何等四?
一者、常求利安眾生;二者、自捨己樂;
三者、心和忍辱;四者、除捨憍慢。是為四。
The Bodhisattvas have four teachings which benefit all of us.
1. have the mind always to do thing that benefits all sentient beings.
2. have the mind to sacrifice our happiness for the sake of the sentient beings.
3. have a calm mind to accept tolerance and hardship for the sake of the sentient beings.
4. have the mind to be selfless and get rid of pride for the sake of the sentient beings.

The teaching of Lord Buddha is to teach us how to free ourself from this cage, our body, not holding to any concepts, ideas, defilement, emotional attachment and our negativities. Just let go the heavy cabbage from the shoulder which most of us have carried with us all the while and free ourself from this overdue bondage.
3
The state of Zen or Tao allows a person to enjoy all aspects of Nature with a free mind, no bondage with no karma realising the existence of oneness, no more, no less with no abinding mind. Just emptiness with full of creation existing.
4
To practice Tai Chi well the mind and body must co-ordinate as one. If we meditate and leave the body alone, your mind will galloping like a horse stirring up all the dust which covers both the mind and heart. Where can you find stillness and peace? How can you see your path?
5
Our brain is extremely powerful with so much valuable resources and yet untapped by us. Meditation and Dharma practice are the way or tools to explore deep into the subconscious realm to look for them. It consists of deep and vast happiness, peace, wisdom and many much much more........

Lust Penetrates Untrained Mind:
“It is quite necessary that a house should have a
well-thatched roof. If the thatching is weak, rain seeps through the house. Just as a badly thatched roof lets in the rain, the uncultured temperament too is open to passions. The temperament that is not cultured is penetrated easily by lust.”
~ The Buddha. (Dhammapada, Verse 13)
( Lust is as poisonous as a scorpion which will sting and kill a person in no time. Lust destroys the honour of any man and his family.)

"Whatever thing or idea comes to us we need to use our logical thinking to understand it deeply. We can not just accept or believe in it." My student said to me. I felt that this statement is quite true. On second thought, I said, " Logical thinking can only analyse any matter to a certain degree or level. Only wisdom will able to understand this fully."
If we said that our body is composed of the four elements and space. Logically if we use a logical scientifc approach, it sounds right. However without that spirit within these compositions, the body cannot function. Only using wisdom can we realise that there is a thing known as a soul which can fulfill all the functions in our body system. Using a logical scientic approach, it can't find the soul. Just like micro-organisms found in the river, Lord Buddha asked his disciple to sieve the water with a cloth and put the cloth back into the running river for the micro-organisms to survive. Many years later the scientists using equipment to find out the truth. Hence wisdom can see the depth of all matter clearly.

I was walking in the Botanic Gardens this morning, I noticed the children were so happy, running and hopping on the path at the same time. A lot of elder ones also walking slowing with the help of their maids. They looked as gloomy and sad.
We are supposed to look happier and become wiser when we are getting older. Instead most of older people looking sadder. Why?
Why these people force them going to Gardens so early? Why do the children tend to be so happy and so free when they are outside their home?
I sat down and thought for a while. I began to realise that the soul has been trapped inside a small cage for a long time and a bigger cage which is our house.
The moment we leave the bigger cage and walk in the park, we feel so much better and light. It will much lighter and happier if we can simply free ourselves from this small cage, the body itself. It must be a wonderful and god-like experience.

Sincerity is the pure virtue that comes from one's heart. It is not easy to culture especially most people are wearing different masks for different occasions. Very difficult to see a real and truthful face in life. It's a sad thing nowdays!
