Accumulate accomplishments and deeds,
Be of service to humanity.
Turn the attention inward as well
To find receptivity and creativity.
Rouse the awareness within,

Rouse the awareness within,
And the tiger roars the wind,
Wash away dust from the senses,
And the dragon makes rain.
Action and illumination need the polar star
Of constant, unwavering insight;
Fostering the true and removing the false
Is up to stillness, the warrior of darkness.
By the time conscious essense
Comes from the abode of spirit,
The sense of reality has already reached
The abode of vitality.

When you are not yet disciplined,
It is best not to steps into the world of dust and din,
Nor expose the mind to desirable things
And then to confusion.
Thus you keep pure the self's peaceful substance.

The True Mind is free from distracting thoughts,
So why should we look into it?
Shakamuni's comment that we should
Observe the Mind.
Only heaps up obstruction.
All things originally One.

People of this world wrap themselves in chains
For the sake of profit and gain,
Then talk of the world of dust, the sea of bitterness.
They do not know that
Clouds are white, mountains blue.
For the sake of profit and gain,
Then talk of the world of dust, the sea of bitterness.
They do not know that

Rivers run, rocks stand tall.
Blossoms invite, birds laugh.
The valley responds, the woodcutters sing.
The world, after all, is not of dust;
The sea, after all, is not bitter.
It is only that, on their own, people put dust and
Bitterness in their hearts.

Tao just works it own way to nourish the earth and living beings with compassion and unconditional love. To accept the problems and follow the law of nature, many things can be dissolved. There is no punishment incurred by Tao. If one can see the mistakes made and is willing to transform to be better person and follow the way of Tao, automatically one will be nourished by Tao.

Once you have caught the fish or the rabbit you naturally forget the net and the trap.
The raft to cross the river, the ladder to the heights: once you have reached the goal, they are abandoned.
Before you are enlightened, you need explanations; after enlightenment, verbalizations become wrong.
~ Buddha
Even though these lines belong to noncontrivance, they too are to be shed.

y made many mistakes as they went along. For those whom I made them involved with the teaching, help to teach new students, they could remember all the steps. From here, I realised that I got to get them involved with the teaching, then they would learn. Likewise, some readers used to ask me questions to explain the postings that I had put up, actually helped me and my readers to get involved with the learning. As a result I could understand much better in my spiritual path. Hence the readers who posted the questions and comments are my teachers too.

He constantly abandons useless mindsets and cultivate useful
mindsets. He is resolute and concentrated in his effort. He never abandons his efforts toward achieving useful mindsets
~ Aguttara Nikaya
The Buddha urges us to keep laserlike focus ( one-pointed mind ) on our vision or objective- to be unwavering in our concentration. A man with a mission does not dissipate and waste energy on useless distractions. Nor does he cling to negative mind-sets.
The Buddha teaches us that focusing attention on the desired goal and letting go of internal hindrances are all that is required for success.
